We rejected standard blanks and mass-market finishes. Instead, we focused on the weight, the drape, and the distress of the garment. For our vintage tees, we start with 280GSM heavyweight 100% cotton, which is then treated with a specialized enzyme vintage wash to achieve a soft, lived-in feel and an authentic, sun-faded black finish. The result is a canvas that looks and feels like a rare vintage find.
For our crossover pieces like the TF Phantom Lifestyle T-Shirt Jersey, we applied the visual weight of our signature graphics to a breathable, sport-inspired silhouette. To preserve the integrity of these vintage washes, high-density screen prints, and technical fibers, our care protocol is strict: always machine wash cold, inside out, and strictly hang dry.
